CALIFORNIA FLATBREAD
The inspiration for this recipe came from a California Flatbread I used to get at our local Chili’s, it was an easy recipe to duplicate, as always I’m using my Cut Da Carb flatbread here as I do with all of my flatbread recipes.
Preheat oven to 375
Lay out one Cut Da Carb flatbread sheet, shred an 8oz block of Monterey Jack or Colby Jack cheese and top the flatbread
Add
Shredded chicken (I use Rotisserie chicken from Kroger)
Bacon or real bacon pieces
Chopped red onion
1/2 Avocado (sliced)
Bake on 375 until cheese is melted, about 5 or so minutes
Drizzle with garlic aioli (see recipe below)
Optional add salsa
Garlic Aioli
2 tbsp mayo
2 cloves garlic sautéed in coconut or avocado oil, ghee or grass fed butter
Mix and add little water to thin to a workable consistency to drizzle from ziploc bag with hole cut in corner
